Urban Craft Honey - 05 Kalasatama (115g)

This ultra-local urban honey is gathered from an area of 2km around our rooftop beehives in Kalasatama. While scanning the neighbourhood for nectar, the bees are also bringing home samples of environmental DNA which we collect to provide valuable data to researchers studying urban biodiversity.
